2025 Awards Ceremony will be held Saturday, May 2nd at Race for the Roses in Verndale, MN!
Standings and point detail are updated around the 20th of each month. Points need to be submitted by the 10th of the month following an event. MPBA Tour Stop producers will submit show results. All individual results must be submitted either online or via email to midwestpolebending@hotmail.com or text 612-384-6730.

Midwest Pole Bending Association was launched in 2012 with the goal of providing incentives for producers and members. The charter is to promote pole bending as a sport – with jackpots and fun shows playing a major role for fun and competition. Members can participate in ANY open pole bending event in MN, WI, ND, SD, IA and adjacent states and submit their points for year end awards. Every December we offer a membership drive for adults to sponsor one youth. 100% of membership fees go towards year end awards. In addition, some producers will pay a sanctioning fee for an MPBA TOUR STOP. TOUR STOPS offer double points for members and extra advertising on our website and facebook page.
Our family has been producing barrel races since 2009 in the midwest. Our events range from as few as 50 competitors to over 700 for riders of all ages and experience. In 2025 we paid out over $900,000 at 11 events. We love the sport of barrel racing and take great pride in establishing relationships with our members, competitors, sponsors, vendors and arena owners.
